For a customer to be eligible to purchase domains or subscribe to a webspace with UNOEURO, the customer is required to be at least 18 years of age. If the customer is any younger, a service agreement on buying domains or subscribing to a webspace will only be valid with consent from a legal guardian.
The customer is obliged to maintain and update their master data, including the email address that is UNOEURO's primary way to contact the customer. Master data can be maintained through the customer's control panel.
After placing an order, information about the ordered product, including any further instructions, is sent to the customer by email.
The web hosting period runs for 12 full months from the day the webhotel is booked. Every year, the webhotel can be extended for a new period. Wrong or remaining periods are not refundable. Before the product expires, a request will be sent to the customer for extension of the following 12 months. If the period is not extended and automatic renewal is not activated by the customer, the product expires on the expiry date specified. At expiration, data can no longer be accessed by the customer. 2 weeks after the original expiry of the period, the product is deleted with all relevant data. Hereafter, the webhotel is considered to be terminated.
If UNOEURO wishes to terminate a subscription, this will happen with one month's written notice to the customer, however, UNOEURO will always be entitled to close a webhotel without notice if the customer has violated UNOEURO's terms and conditions. UNOEURO will then send a written reason for the closure with, if necessary, reference to the condition that has been violated. Generation and degradation of UNOEURO's operations and customers are considered to be an abuse of UNOEURO's services. This can cause closure and termination of the product at any time. UNOEURO is in every sense sovereign in the definition of the word abuse.
By ordering a domain the buyer/cardholder declares that the registrant agrees that the use of the domain name does not infringe third party's name or trademark rights or otherwise contradicts with Danish legislation and guidelines and conditions for the selected domain type. The domain will be commissioned as soon as possible, typically within minutes after payment has been made. The domain is when ordered registered in the customer's name. By wrongly ordered domains and domain renewals, registration & renewal fee will not be reimbursed.
Renewal of domain names is based on the customer control panel at UNOEURO. If auto renewal is not enabled, the customer will receive reminder reminder before the end of the domain. It is ultimately always the customer's own responsibility to ensure timely renewal of his domain names.
If the customer does not renew his domain in time, it will basically be put in quarantine (redemption) of that registry. If the customer wishes to renew it whilst in quarantine, it can simply be done by paying the renewal fee that UNOEURO will bill the customer.
The customer is free to choose whether to renew .dk domain through UNOEURO or DK Hostmaster, however, DK Hostmaster has determined that .dk domain renewal through UNOEURO is only possible up to 1 month before domain expiration with DK Hostmaster.
As part of the domain renewal procedure of .dk domains, that is put in place and determined by DK Hostmaster. It is necessary for the domain renewal to take place with UNOEURO briefly and temporarily to take on the payroll on a .dk domain before executing domain renewal. Immediately after .dk domain renewal is completed, the payroll will always be returned to the registrant of the domain listed with DK Hostmaster.
The purpose of UNOEURO's products is not to be used as an external hard disk for data storage such as zip, mp3, avi, iso and the like, but to serve as a display / sales space for business people and private individuals. It is therefore not allowed to have larger file files available for free download or viewing / streaming without prior agreement with UNOEURO.
UNOEURO will continuously evaluate the function of scripts / programs / data that may burden the server or cause crashes. If this is the case, UNOEURO may temporarily close the access to that webhotel at any time. However, this will usually happen in consultation with the creator.
If a product is used to send out spam, phishing etc., UNOEURO reserves the right to suspend access to the product temporarily without further warning, until the issue has been rectified. This also applies even if the owner of the product is not aware of the aforementioned abuse, or is not directly responsible for it.
UNOEURO allows any type of information that does not conflict with provisions in Danish and international laws and legislations.

UNOEURO is not liable for any losses caused by force majeure, including law regulations, governmental actions or similar, power supply failure, telecommunication failure, fire, smoke damage, explosions, water damage, vandalism, burglary, terrorism, or sabotage, strikes, lockouts, boycotts, or blockades. This applies even if UNOEURO is part of the conflict, and even if the conflict applies only to parts of UNOEUROS functions/departments.
The Customer is responsible for providing general and personal data for its Account, as well as keeping these updated at all times.
UnoEuro is responsible for personal data registered on the profile of the Customer Account. The Customer acts as controller for the personal data stored and processed on the Customer web hosting Account and is thus responsible for processing this data, including obtaining proper consent to any processing of third party data.
With respect to the processing of this data, UnoEuro functions solely as processor and acts only on the Customer's instructions. As controller, the Customer is under an obligation to implement the necessary technical and organisational measures to adequately protect the data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss or alteration, and against unauthorised disclosure, abuse or other processing in violation of the current data protection legislation. UnoEuro is not responsible for conditions under the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data in connection with the information processed by the Customer in its capacity as controller, and the Customer is liable to UnoEuro for any claim arising under the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data or any other rules on the protection of personal data or other relevant legislation.
At UNOEURO, there is usually free traffic and free bandwidth for all web hotels, however, a rough exploitation of this may lead to exclusion from UNOEURO's servers. Rough exploitation may, for example, be a violation of the rules on the content of the website.
UNOEURO endeavours to ensure that all systems are available 24/7, 365 days a year. UNOEURO is, however, entitled to suspend the service when maintenance or other technical conditions make it necessary.
All services available on UNOEURO's website are listed in Euro/Danish kroner and are excl. VAT, unless stated otherwise.
All products are created and effectuated immediately after payment, where, at the same time, the order amount is deducted from the customer's account.
All payments made online by the customer, using Dankort, Visa, Eurocard, or MasterCard are not subject to any additional fees from UNOEURO.
Automatic renewal of products is possible through the customer's control panel. The service can at any time be activated or cancelled through the control panel, where payment details can also be changed. The customer will receive an email notification upon automatic renewal of the service, and the payment receipt can be found in the customer's control panel. It is furthermore possible to use the same card information entered during regular payment, where these will be presented as a payment option. UNOEURO does not store the customer's card information.
Automatic renewal is based on current price list and terms, which can always be found on UNOEURO's website.
If automatic renewal fails, UNOEURO will inform the customer by e-mail so that the customer can manually renew products or domains in a timely manner.
The customer can change ordered subscription at any time for a larger or smaller product without charge. This is done through the customer's control panel.
All orders are pre-billed for periods of 12 months. Terminations of these are automatically made if the paid period is not extended by the customer. Extension of periods takes place through the customer's control panel and can be done at any time if the webhotel is not deleted.
UNOEURO's products, services and domain names are delivered custom-made to the customer and therefore no general right of withdrawal applies. See the Consumer Agreement Act, section 18, paragraph. 2, No. 3.
UNOEURO offers free and unlimited support through our online support system. Telephone support is not available.
If an order is placed with the intent of resale, it is the reselling customer's responsibility that the end customer is informed about UNOEURO's role as the supplier of the delivery.
It is not permitted to resell UNOEURO's products if the products are in direct competition with UNOEURO's own products, unless the order is placed in the name of the end customer.
The customer declares that they are familiar with UNOEURO?s general conditions.
UNOEURO reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions without notice. Any disputes regarding this agreement must be settled under Danish law with the Maritime and Commercial High Court as the court of first instance.
